To address the rapidly evolving educational landscape post-pandemic and the increasing use of digital tools in schools, education officials from 17 countries gathered in Seoul to discuss challenges and strategies for digital transformation.
Co-hosted by the Ministry of Education and the World Bank, the Digital Education Global Forum 2024 aims to support digital-based education transformation in developing countries. The event features discussions, expert lectures, ed-tech company tours, and visits to digital pioneer schools, offering participants a chance to experience Korea’s digital education policies firsthand.
The forum also focuses on the ethical and developmental concerns surrounding AI in education, including privacy and student dependence, and shares best practices in enhancing learning outcomes through AI-powered solutions.
