At the meeting themed around family and demography, hosted in collaboration with the Hungarian Embassy in Ankara and the Ministry of Family and Social Services, and graced by the presence of Minister Mahinur Özdemir Göktaş and Hungarian Ambassador Viktor Matis, our General Coordinator, İpek Coşkun Armağan, addressed the distinguished ambassadors with a thoughtful speech.
In her address, Armağan eloquently highlighted the critical policy steps necessary to fortify the institution of the family, stressing the indispensable role of family mindset in fostering societal resilience. She underscored that the fractures arising from disruptions in intergenerational transfer could be mended by revitalizing family structures and activating family mindset. She further emphasized the urgent need for employment policies that carefully balance work and family life, regulatory measures to address challenges in the digital world, and an education system that places the family at the heart of career guidance.
