Levin who specializes in facilitation, leadership development and organization development will explore how the brain responds during conflict, the mechanisms underlying resistance to change, and the effects of stress on decision-making and behavior. In her talk, “Neuroscience of Change Through the Lens of Conflict” drawing on findings from neuroscience, she will also discuss approaches to managing processes of conflict and change in healthier and more constructive ways.
