Şeyda Gönen holds a degree in Sociology from Marmara University. She has worked as a field researcher on projects conducted by TÜBİTAK, UNICEF, and the Ministry of Family and Social Services. She has gained experience in qualitative and quantitative data collection, field research, reporting, and project development. She has served as an instructor in youth programs at child support centers and played an active role in project writing, coordination, and organizational processes within Erasmus+ and youth projects. She has coordinated development and implementation of social projects targeting disadvantaged groups across various civil society organizations, youth councils, and volunteering platforms, and has worked as a volunteer relations coordinator in Africa. She currently serves as a research assistant in the Educational Studies at Institute Social.
