Safa Yılmaz

Safa Yılmaz graduated from Istanbul University with a degree in Primary School Education and worked as a classroom teacher for ten years across various institutions. Alongside teaching, he also took on responsibilities in curriculum development and project management. He is the co-founder and editor-in-chief of Yayın Dedektifi, a publishing initiative that reviews and rates children’s books. In addition, he serves on the editorial board of Mavi Kırlangıç, a children’s magazine published by Yeşilay (the Turkish Green Crescent Society). In 2023, Yılmaz held an academic leadership role at NUN Schools. He is currently a researcher at Institute Social.
