Institute Social will host Prof. Yong Zhao, one of the leading figures in educational psychology from the University of Kansas, in the latest event of its Global Reflections series.

In his talk, “Fix the Past or Invent the Future? Moving Beyond One Size Fits All Education,” Prof. Zhao will explore why the one-size-fits-all approach  that has shaped education systems for decades is no longer sustainable. Known for his work on the effects of globalization and technology on education, Prof. Zhao will discuss how we can strengthen students’ abilities to identify and solve problems, and how school-based transformation models can be effectively implemented.
