Work vs Family: Sociological Perspectives on Increasing Happiness in Life
Institute Social is pleased to host Prof. W. Bradford Wilcox, an expert whose research focused on child wellbeing, changes in family structure and happiness in the next event of the Global Reflections series. In his talk titled “Work vs Family: Sociological Perspectives on Increasing Happiness in Life,” Wilcox will present findings from his research showing that the key to happiness in the modern world is not education, career, or wealth but strong family bonds.
As a sociology professor at the University of Virginia and the director of the National Marriage Project, Wilcox will discuss essential pillars of a happy marriage in the 21st century and examine how strong family structures contribute to both individual and societal well-being.
We would be delighted to have you join us for this online discussion.
