Institute Social will host Anne Goujon, a globally recognized expert in population dynamics and demographic projections, in the latest event of its “Global Reflections” series. The discussion, titled “Future Population Dynamics and Global Projections”, will take place online on January 16, 2025, at 7:30 PM.

Anne Goujon will explore the impact of changes in population size and age structures on family systems, social frameworks, and economic development. She will also discuss how individual and collective learning capacities transform human interactions with the environment and the implications of these changes on the quality of human life. Highlighting future demographic projections, Goujon will emphasize the importance of societal progress, individual competencies, and environmental adaptation, providing insights for local and global policy making efforts.
